Our offer includes ceramic blankets with a classification temperature of 1260 and 1430.
Ceramic blankets 1260 are made of high-quality inorganic aluminosilicate fibers, without the addition of binders. The blankets are obtained from ceramic fiber, the components of which are a mixture of quartz and aluminum oxides.

Ceramic blankets 1260

are available in the following thicknesses: 13, 19, 25, 38 and 50 mm

Ceramic blankets 1430

are produced by blowing a molten mixture of silicon, aluminum and zirconium oxides in a gas stream. The produced fiber is formed into mats in the needling process. These blankets do not contain binders.
We offer Chinese products and products from Thermal Ceramics.

Biodegradable blankets 1200

are made of biodegradable alkaline earth silicate fibers. These products do not have a harmful effect on health.
A characteristic feature of these fibers is their low biodurability in human body fluids and, as a result, their exclusion from the European Union's carcinogenic classification, while maintaining the advantages of fibrous materials.

We offer Chinese products and Thermal Ceramics products.

Biodegradable blankets with aluminum foil

To meet the high requirements of our customers, we offer also BIO blankets with aluminum foil on special orders.

Ceramic paper

is an insulating product made of ceramic fibers bound with a small percentage of organic binders. Ceramic paper has excellent thermal durability and exceptional utility properties.
Very flexible and tear-resistant and can be adapted to all applications that require further processing (cutting, rolling, folding).
Organic binders burn out completely during the first firing at temperatures from about 180°C to about 300°C.
Classification temperature is 1260°C. Density approx. 200 kg/m3 available thickness: 0.5-12 mm

Ceramic tape

is a woven product made of aluminosilicate yarn, made of ceramic fibers with a diameter of 2-4 μm and a length of 50 mm, containing a small admixture of organic fibers (14-18%).
The tapes are made of ceramic yarn reinforced with Inconel, working temperature 1200°C
Thermal insulating tapes are an excellent thermal insulator. They are characterized by resistance to liquid aluminum and zinc.
The ceramic cord is intended for use at very high temperatures. Thanks to the use of a special weave and the manufacture of ceramic yarn reinforced with Inconel, the sealant is characterized by very good resistance to high temperatures and its sudden changes (temperature for Inconel 1000 C, and for aluminosilicate fibers 1260°C). In addition, the sealant is characterized by complete non-flammability, good compressibility and excellent thermal insulation.

Ceramic Bulk

consists of a mass of randomly arranged, fluffy, refractory fibers of different lengths. They are obtained by defibering a melted mixture of quartz and aluminum oxide in a gas stream.
Ceramic Bulk has exceptional thermal stability and retains its initial soft fibrous structure up to the maximum application temperature.
Bulk does not contain a binder, only a small amount of a moisturizing agent, but does not emit fumes or odor during the first firing.

CERAMIC boards 1260

are high-temperature insulating boards made of refractory, aluminosilicate fibers with a small content of organic and inorganic binders.
We offer you boards with a density of 290 kg / m3. Thermal resistance up to 1260 ° C. Available thicknesses from 10-50 mm.

The insulation board is recommended for all applications up to a continuous operating temperature of 1150°C and wherever exposure to direct flame or high-temperature gas is possible.

SkamoEnclosure Board

is used to build a fireplace, while also being its insulation. It creates a light and rigid structure and is easy to process using traditional carpentry tools. The SkamoEnclosure fireplace enclosure board is an excellent insulator of high temperatures inside the fireplace enclosure, ensuring a safe level on the outside. It is ideal for insulating wooden beams, side walls and the wall behind the fireplace.

The porosity of this type of board is over 90% - due to very small pores, they have high thermal insulation capabilities at temperatures from -200°C to 1100°C.

Asbestos-free cardboard

We import mineral cardboard for 1000 and 1100 degrees on special order.

This product is made of mineral fibers for thermal insulation and thermal protection up to 1100°C

Standard size: 1000 x 1000 mm

Standard thickness: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 mm (+/- 10%)

Cloths

  • Glass cloth

Glass cloths are non-flammable, resistant to chemicals, mold and putrefactive processes, steam, water corrosion and high temperatures. Glass cloth can be used continuously at temperatures from 450 °C. Fabric weights from 100 g/m2 to 670 g/m2

Our range also includes silica glass cloth with a silicon content of 95%, resistant to long-term exposure to temperatures of 1000 °C and temporary exposure to temperatures of up to 1600 °C for special applications.
